Accessibility isn't a checklist we run at the end — it's the reason this studio exists. Our platform, beacbeac, was co-designed with Blind, Low Vision, Deaf, Deafblind, and disabled community members. This website is held to the same standard.

What this site does

• Targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA, and aims higher where we can.
• Works completely without JavaScript — every page, every piece of content.
• Treats motion as an invitation, not a default: animation only runs if your system allows it (prefers-reduced-motion), and the homepage's moving artwork has a visible pause button that remembers your choice. The still version isn't a fallback — it's designed. Everything that moves can be paused — and nothing moves at all if your system asks for reduced motion.
• Is fully keyboard-navigable, with visible focus indicators and a skip link.
• Meets or exceeds 4.5:1 colour contrast for text, in both light and dark themes.
• Describes every meaningful image with alt text.
• Uses semantic HTML landmarks, built and checked for screen-reader navigation.
